It seems that one of my top three favorite wrestlers of all-time is so rowdy, that he has to smoke blunts to calm himself down.

Piper has Hodgkins Lymphoma and he says he smokes to combat the pain related to that disease.
I contend that he smokes to combat the pain related with smashing beer bottles over his head:
