I just stumbled upon this video on youtube, you may have seen it by now, but its pretty much comic gold:
Of course it’s a huge rip-off of Monty Python, but I actually love when athletes, no matter how terribly the act, try to make me laugh.
A few more things:
1. All in all, Garnett isn’t that bad in this thing. He’s at least as talented as Dane Cook and not as loud.
2. Any time, and I mean anytime, I see the Jabbawockez (the dancing group around the 5:30 mark) I smile. The one of a few reasons why America’s Top Dance Crew is a reasonably good show
3. I would have liked to see a little more face time for Jeter. If you get the guy in the commercial, you may as well get him on the screen 90 percent of the time. Remember Gatorade, sex sells, I shouldn’t be having to tell you this stuff anymore. And this cat can act as well:
4. I like the Kareem, cameo, but this guy has way too much ability to allow him to stand around when he’s in the frame. Check this out if you don’t believe me:
5. The world, including me, loves Alicia Sacramone, great choice getting her involved.

6. Jordan as God? I could maybe believe that second comeback I could believe that. I could maybe believe that after the Hanes commercials. I refuse to believe that after this:
7. Pretty solid effort Gatorade. I’m proud of you and I know how much that must mean to you.
