Sure, these innocent pranksters may be endangering the lives of motorists when they post their hilarious phrases like “Dave Eats Poo,” on the electronic sign boards, but as the comedy saying goes, “You can’t make people laugh without first endangering their lives.” Don’t agree with that statement?
