Have you ever heard a story perseverance and dedication that impressed you less? I couldn’t think of any of the top of my head, but I figured that if I looked at the world champions in other quasi-sports like beer pong, a few choice arcade games, and the like, I just might find something that would inspire me less than this guy.

I saw this video on HotClicks yesterday, and I don’t think there is a doubt that this little guy is the under 10 world champion in pop-a-shot:
However, I don’t think he rivals Joel Kletecka in shear physicality. Look at this guy rifle the ball off the backboard 166 times in a row.

Everyone has their thing. Some of them are mainstream and others not so much. However, ping pong as it was commonly referred to used to be a garage or basement game. Now, it is an Olympic sport called Table Tennis. This is probably the game/sport we most draw parallels with for Air Hockey. You and others may not understand it because you may not have tried it as a truly competitive sport. It takes more than you may think to be the best and we in the AH community invite you to try it at a high level and then form a truly educated opinion of it.
