p>What is there to say about Jose Canseco that hasn’t already been said? I thought a lot about that question and I came to the conclusion that every potential Canseco joke has been made by someone smarter and funnier than me. So, I figured I would let his hilarious antics do the talking.

Full contact

Apparently this Sikahema fellow had some sort of boxing background, but I don’t think that gives Canseco an excuse to get beat this badly. Although, after taking a look at these punches, mayve Canseco was lucky to last 1:37.

Jose is one of many athletes who have chosen to throw on the gloves, hop in the ring (or octagon) and embarass themselves, here are a few more:

William "The Refrigerator" Perry – Getting pumulled by Bob Sapp…

Manute Bol – He beat "The Fridge," so we can probably call his boxing career a success .

Kendall GillThis headline says a lot about Kendall’s boxing career. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no video of Kendall boxing. That may be a good thing for Kendall.

Ed "Too Tall" Jones – Ed actually quit football after four years with the Cowboys to persue a career in boxing. After winning his first six bouts, he decided to come back to football:

Brock Lesnar – Brock may have a career in MMA if for no other reason than he is a fantastic physical freak. Unfortunately, that didn’t help him against Frank Mir however:

Johnnie Morton – The video says it all:

Maybe this says it all:

Wilt Chamberlain – Chamberlain very nearly got into the ring with Ali. That would have been a sight to see. The amount of tail that both men would have brought down after the fight would have been epic.

Tom Zbikowski - Here is a guy with some legitimate boxing ability. If things go well with the Ravens, he might not have chance to use them.
