We mentioned a few months back that Jessica Biel was filming a movie called Powder Blue in which she plays a stripper. This seemed like a demanding role for Jessica who has previously starred in roles as a Cape Cod princess who strips off her clothes to jump into a swimming pool and a lawyer who strips down to her underwear and lets Adam Sandler feel her up. Unfortunately it seems that there wasn’t a lot of interest from theaters and this movie will be coming straight to DVD/Blu-Ray June 6^th.

Now I can see why movie theaters would want nothing to do with one of the sexiest women in film today taking her clothes off. Who needs this movie when you have the blockbusters currently at theaters like Pink Panther 2, Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Li, and He’s Just Not That Into You.

Biel’s next 2 movies include one animated film about aliens and her role in the movie Nailed. Here’s the synopsis for Nailed…I wish I was making this up.

“An original political satire about a naive small town waitress who accidentally gets a nail buried in her head, causing erratic and outrageous behavior that leads her to Washington DC. There she falls for a dashing, but clueless, Congressman who searches for the courage to save her.”

Doesn’t that make you want to run to Hollywood and write Air Bud: 4 x 100 meter relay dog? With Tyler Perry’s old lady in prison movie topping the box office, you have to assume this Powder Blue movie must be unwatchable. Except now instead of buying a ticket to Slumdog Millionare and sneaking into Powder Blue for your perverted reasons, now you have to go to Best Buy and buy a straight to DVD movie basically announcing to everyone that you are that pathetically in love with Jessica Biel. It is getting so much harder to be a creepy admirer these days.

I know this is going to surprise you, but it seems that Jessica Biel seems to get hotter as she removes more articles of clothing:

I have to admit, when I heard she was playing a stripper in her upcoming movie, I didn’t think it would be this serious of a role. I also didn’t think that I would be as intrigued with the movie’s trailer as I was.  I just may have to check this movie out.  Even if I hate it, I think I may see some Biel cans, which would be wonderful.
