Now, if I had the money to pay for around 10 billboards I would definitely put lots of pictures of this chick on said billboards.

Obviously, the Michigan State fans that have been putting up the billboards below are more interested in pointing out the Michigan Wolverines’ athletic ineptness:

Riots at Michigan State Following Final Four games…I’m not Sure If they Knew They Weren’t Involved in Any Way

Written by admin | Visited 318 times, 6 so far today |

It takes a special university to stage a 4,000 person riot on a ordinary Saturday night. Ladies and gentlemen, that special university is Michigan State.

I can see how they may have got a little confused. Final Four games were played yesterday, and everyone knows that Spartans propencity for burning things and rioting in response to basketball triumphs or defeats. The Spartans faithful probably mistakingly figured that they were involved in the Final Four some capacity and decided to riot regardless of the outcome. As you may or may not know, these guys are experienced, effective, rioters. Here is the “official” complex (set to ACDC’s rock masterpiece, Thunder. Be careful of the video of the riot, also known as Cedar Fest, because it takes place at the Cedar Village apartment strong language if you are at work)

As always, the devil is in the details. Take a look at the top five line from this fantastic story:

5. “The hardcore ones wanted to be tear-gassed, that’s what it is,” he said (policemen). “Our guys were just taking too many bottles.”

4. We want tear gas! ‘We want tear gas’” Ashley Pixley , 21,recalled people chanting4. Dozens of arrests were made as police broke up fights and detained girls who flashed their breasts.

3. “I’d say the police were very effective,” said Shawn Stewart, 20. “They didn’t use over force.” (over force?)

2. “We knew going in that we were going to get gassed,” she said. “I think people would put up with this stuff every day if we could.”

1. At 2:07, despite the fact that his officers had been chased east on Waters Edge Drive by a now-riotous mob yelling obscenities, Wibert (police chief) remained optimistic. “We’re going to solve this without a drop of tear gas,” he said. Minutes later, Wibert was proved wrong.

As he stood at a police line on Bogue Street, choking back tears from the gas, Wibert simply said, “Well, we tried.

I am still trying to imagine what would have happened if Michigan State would have won or lost a basketball game on Saturday night. My best guess is that the State of Michigan would be a smoldering hole in the ground.
