Boxer Ricky Hatton Set to Release a Single and Forget that Athletes Can’t Sing

Written by admin | Visited 397 times, 7 so far today |

Ricky Hatton, who I imagine has a wonderful singing voice, is going to release a single.  Thankfully, it will be out just in time for Christmas, where it should make a wonderful stocking stuffer for bulimics.

It is said that all athletes wish they could be musicians, and all musicians wish they could be athletes.  This list below at least confirms the former.  The video evidence proves that the vast majority of them should be happy that they can run and jump and don’t have to croon for a living.

The Good:

Wayman Tisdale - I am fairly sure this man, this sweet jumpshot and his jazz guitar have won a Grammy.

Bernie Williams -

Mike ReidThe former Cincinnait Bengal also has a grammy on his mantle

The Bad:

Deion Sanders – No. No. No.

Curt Hennig – Do you think they checked if Kurt could actually sing before they got him behind the mic? I’ll let you judge.

Shaq - In spite of his dearth of terrible albums, this is probably his best song to date:

Allen Iverson – If you can believe it, Iverson’s rap album was never released. (NSFW)

Jack Mcdowell – I could only find a picture of Jack playing the guitar and that’s probably good for all of us.

Darren McCarty – Darren and his band, “Grinder.” Very creative.  Thankfully the volume is very low in this video:

The Ugly:

Carl Lewis – I can’t stress this enough. No. No. No.

Ron Artest – Worse than Iverson, and that’s really saying something. (NSFW)

Roy Jones Jr. – I want to forget, I really do.

Oscar De La Hoya – Ricky Martin he is not. Although, I have no clue what he is saying, so he may be fantastic.

Bronson Arroyo - He isn’t awful, but he is hideous, hence inclusion in the “Ugly” category.

Good bless Wayman Tisdale, Bernie Williams and Mike Reid for representing all the talentless athlete/”musicians” out there.
